About me
What I offer
I offer coaching and leadership training in a variety of formats: Face-to-Face workshops, online courses, 1-2-1 or group coaching and seminars. Depending on the need, in my native language German or in English (I have a British degree and have lived and worked in the UK since 1995). The aim of working together is always to help individuals acquire the skills and competencies they need to lead teams, departments or organisations effectively.
I am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) an Active Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a full member of the Institute of Leadership (London, UK).

My Why
Leadership Training and Coaching are my absolute passion
I am a German and English-speaking Leadership Trainer and Coach. After many years of leading projects and programmes in banking, IT and the British charity sector, I realised that what I love most was seeing others develop their leadership skills. I always thought of this as the most exciting part of my own leadership remit, which is why I am now absolutely loving the development and delivery of leadership training programmes.
My strategic mindset, which was so useful in leading big change programmes, is now most active when I work with clients on developing of leadership programmes that deeply deliver change into an organisational overall strategy.

My approach
The journey from brain, to heart, to hands
Leadership training, in my mind, needs to be ‘real’. As a praxis-led consultant, I have gained years of experience of leading many different teams. To improve as leaders, I encourage all my clients to not just listen to new or known techniques and best-practice tools, but we also discuss how that applies to the individual, their team, their industry and their context. In my training, I am not only drawing my rich experience with teams and leadership in product development, problem solving, business development and fundraising, but also ensure that a new leadership skill is not only understood (brain), but instigates a change in the thinking of each participant (heart) and is followed up by real action (hands). These three steps can also be identified as ‘training’, ‘coaching’ and ‘action learning’.
