In this programme, specifically designed for recent university graduates or those in their first graduate jobs, participants will start their journey towards successful job hunting with the highly acclaimed strengths assessment tool Strengthscope®.

As the only strengths assessment available in the world today with British Psychological Society-registered test status,  Strengthscope® helps you understand your unique combination of strengths and your 'significant 7' strengths: your superpower strengths!

We use this as our starting point to develop career ideas which reflect and embrace these strengths, together with your degree knowledge and other skills you may have acquired already. Through a well thought-through and personalised coaching process, you will have a much clearer and focussed idea of what type of job you might be specifically well-suited for, how to let employers know about your superpower strengths and also how to avoid a potentially frustrating career start that doesn't suit you with all you have to offer.

Building on knowing your Strengths
4 steps

Why is it so empowering

to know your strengths?

1. Focused Job Search: Understanding your strengths helps you target roles and industries where you can excel. This focus makes your job search more efficient and increases your chances of finding a role that matches your skills and interests.

2. Effective Self-Presentation: When you know your strengths, you can confidently articulate them in your CV, cover letter, and during interviews. This helps you make a strong impression on potential employers.

3. Increased Confidence: Being aware of your strengths boosts your confidence. This confidence is often reflected in your interactions with potential employers, making you a more appealing candidate.

4. Improved Performance: If you secure a job that aligns with your strengths, you are likely to perform better and feel more satisfied and engaged at work. This can lead to career growth and development.

5. Enhanced Fit: Employers look for candidates who fit well with their company culture and the specific demands of the role. By knowing your strengths, you can better evaluate if a job is the right fit for you and communicate why you are the best candidate.

In summary, knowing your strengths helps you find the right job, present yourself effectively, perform well, and grow in your career.
